Hardware Engineer – IT Services
Callan Computers is a fast moving and growing IT Services company seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with SME businesses, with strong hands-on knowledge of IT hardware, installations, and support in a customer focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware for SME clients
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware faults onsite and remotely
- Working with servers, desktops, laptops, networking equipment, and peripherals
- Supporting customers with Cyber Security policies and procedures.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an SME IT support or hardware role
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, servers, and networking equipment
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full clean driving licence preferred
